You need a stable internet connection and a modern web browser. Once you sign up, you can access all our features through your online dashboard. You will also need the logins to the recruitment systems that your agency uses (Bullhorn, JobAdder, Astute Payroll etc).

Yes, we offer a 30-day trial for new users. You get your first 30 days free when you sign up. There is no commitment and you can cancel anytime.

No, there are no hidden fees. All costs are clearly outlined in our pricing plans and include all taxes.

As an Admin, you can easily add or remove users from the ‘User’ section any time. Each new user is charged at the same plan rate of your current users and will be billed from the day of creation on a prorated basis. When you remove users they will also stop being billed on the day of removal on a pro rata basis.

WorkingBe’s dashboards are designed to be easy to use, straight out of the box. Customisation and configuration options are available and are suggestions. You can tailor the dashboard, workflows, and notifications to suit your agency’s specific requirements.

Yes, WorkingBe integrates with several third-party tools and platforms including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as JobAdder and Bullhorn, Online Timesheet and payroll systems such as Astute Payroll, ELMO and Finance software such as Xero and MYOB.

New systems are regularly being integrated so if your preferred system isn’t integrated yet, drop us a line to find out when the planned integration will happen.

During AUZ business hours, you can also contact our instant chat support. If the problem is urgent or large one of our dedicated team will video chat and screen share with you.

There is no need to import your existing candidates into the WorkingBe database as we stream the data you want via the API integration. You can continue to use your existing ATS and Online Timesheeting systems whilst using WorkingBe. Our support team is also available to assist with any API troubleshooting tif needed.
